10 minute Tiramisu ️ Eggless and alcohol free!⠀

There’s just something about coffee infused desserts that makes it so luxurious! This 10 minute eggless and alcohol free Tiramisu is not only effortless to make but a guaranteed crowd pleaser. You can also use decaffeinated coffee to make it kid friendly. A side of strawberries or raspberries is a must! ⠀

I used a 9×12 inch baking dish for this recipe which created two layers of lady fingers and cream. Double or half recipe depending on your serving dish. ⠀

Ingredients ⠀

Cream: ⠀
600ml thickened cream, full fat ⠀
250g mascarpone cheese ⠀
3 tbsp icing sugar (or to taste) ⠀
1 tsp vanilla essence or extract ⠀

400g sponge fingers ⠀
2 cups black coffee, strength depending on preference ⠀
Cocoa powder for dusting⠀
Fresh berries to serve ⠀

Method ⠀

️ Prepare black coffee and set aside to cool. ⠀

️ In a large bowl beat cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Add mascarpone and vanilla and beat until combined. Set aside. ⠀

️ To assemble, quickly dip sponge fingers into coffee then arrange on the bottom layer of your serving dish. Cut sponge fingers to fit corners if required. Top the base layer with 1/2 of the cream and spread evenly. Repeat steps once more.⠀

️ Dust top layer of cream with cocoa powder then cover and place in the fridge for 6-8 hours or overnight. Serve cold with fresh berries. Enjoy! ⠀


You will need roughly 26 sponge fingers for a 9×12 inch dish if using “Ital” brand from /> ⠀
We prefer the cream to not be overly sweet. Adjust icing sugar to your preference. ⠀

You can spread the top layer of cream or place into a piping bag without a nozzle and pipe little circles for presentation. ⠀

We prefer making our Tiramisu 24 hours before serving as the flavours intensify while setting and tastes better!
