BUFFALO CHICKEN DOUGH BALLS

Sooooo I’ve decided to try and be a little more experimental with recipes from now on, and inspired by the gorge ‘s 2 Ingredient Dough creations, I thought I’d start there

So first up we have Dough Balls stuffed fulll of a melty, Cheesey, spicy Buffalo Chicken – and alll for only 90 calories per ball

This recipe made 14 Dough Balls for me, but it can easily be made less or more – but probably scaled up let’s be honest

INGREDIENTS

2 Cooked Chicken Breasts
40g Light
40g Grated Mozzarella
Buffalo Sauce – I used Wing Sauce
200g Self Raising Flour
200g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt

For the filling, shred your cooked chicken breasts then mix with the Cream Cheese, grated Mozzarella and Buffalo Sauce. Season with Salt and Pepper then set aside.

Mix your Self Raising Flour together in a bowl with the Greek Yoghurt, then use your hands to bring it together to a nice dough.

Flour your hands, then divide the mix in to 14 pieces, rolling each into a ball the size of a Golf Ball.

Take each ball, flatten in your hands until you have a flat oval of dough and then add a large teaspoon full of the Buffalo Chicken mix in to the Centre.

Fold the Dough around the Chicken mix, making sure everything is sealed, then pop onto a greased Baking Tray.

Spritz the Doughballs with some Olive Oil spray or Fry Light, then bake at 180c Fan for 15 minutes until Golden!

I served mine with some Ranch dressing, but Blue Cheese would be insane! Or just delish on their own
