Cream & jam | Banana biscoff | Dessert burgers ⠀

Fresh cream donuts are all the hype right now and it’s super easy and affordable to make at home using ready made brioche buns. You can use mini sliders, regular sized buns or even bagels like I’ve done here. Whip this up for your next gathering and watch it disappear like magic ⠀

Makes 4 dessert burgers ⠀

Ingredients ⠀

4 brioche bagels, regular sized ⠀
300ml thickened cream, full fat ⠀
1 tsp icing sugar + more for dusting ⠀

Cream & jam: ⠀
Strawberry jam of your choice ⠀
Fresh strawberries for filling + decoration ⠀

Banana biscoff: ⠀
1 banana, sliced ⠀
2 biscoff biscuits, crushed ⠀
2-3 tbsp melted biscoff spread ⠀

Method ⠀

Slice bagels in half and set aside. ⠀

In a large bowl whip cream and icing sugar until stiff peaks form. Place into a piping bag fitted with nozzle of your choice and pipe cream onto the bagel base. ⠀

For cream & jam, spread jam to taste on top of the cream and top with sliced strawberries. ⠀

For banana biscoff, arrange banana slices on top of the cream and sprinkle biscuit crumb. ⠀

Place other half of bagel on top of the filling and dust generously with icing sugar. ⠀

For cream & jam decorate with more strawberries. ⠀

For banana biscoff, drizzle melted biscoff spread and top with remaining crushed biscuits. ⠀

Place in the fridge until ready to serve and enjoy! ⠀
