QUICK SPAGHETTI CARBONARA

I’m pretty certain, if I ever have to chose my last ever meal, a massive bowl of Carbonara would be it

There is simply nothing more comforting a comforting pasta dinner, and this one takes 15 minutes from start to finish is even better! Pasta, bacon and cheese….just all of my true loves in life

HIT SAVE TO GIVE IT A GO

Ingredients:
100g cubes of Pancetta
100g grated Parmesan
3 large Eggs
350g Spaghetti
50g Butter

Put your Spaghetti into boiling, heavily salted water and cook for around 12 minutes or until done to how you like it!

While the pasta is cooking, fry off your Pancetta in the butter until crispy and golden – you really don’t need the butter but it does make it extra delish!

Keep the heat under the pancetta on low and when the pasta is ready, lift it from the water with tongs and put it in the frying pan with the pancetta. Don’t worry if a little water drops in the pan as well (you want this to happen) and don’t throw the pasta water away!

Mix most of the cheese in with the your beaten eggs, keeping a small handful back for sprinkling over later!

Take the pan of spaghetti and pancetta off the heat. Now quickly pour in the eggs and cheese. Using the tongs or a long fork, lift up the spaghetti so it mixes easily with the egg mixture, which thickens but doesn’t scramble, and everything is coated.

You can add a little pasta water to make it a little saucier if you’d like, and then serve straight away! Absolute carb Heaven

Each portion works out at 695 calories, and is worth every.single.one
